Last night I went to dinner at Refuge Montagnoli which in the evening turns into a real restaurant where you can taste typical local dishes, my menu was: trenette ragout of venison, venison stew with polenta and mushrooms and a delicious Sacher …. rather light! :)
The refuge is accessible only by the snowcat that carrys the customers departing from the car park of Grostè.
I assure you that was a really fun experience!

Ieri sera sono stata a cena al Rifugio Montagnoli che la sera si trasforma in un vero e proprio ristorante dove si possono assaporare piatti tipici locali, il mio menù è stato: trenette al ragù di cervo, spezzatino di cervo con polenta e funghi e per finire una deliziosa Sacher…. piuttosto leggero! :)
Il rifugio è raggiungibile solamente per mezzo del gatto delle nevi che offre un servizio di trasporto dei clienti con partenza dal parcheggio del Grostè.
Vi assicuro che è stata un esperienza veramente molto divertente!
